December 2023 into January 2024, lots of new bedding, re-touching of paintwork including the arduous task of soing all the skirting/basboards doors and frames (theres a lot and whilst it may not be noticed by guests it would have been if it were not done. All new wall plates for the light switches given a more modern feel, window sills refurbished to macth the counter tops throughout, new sensor lights in porch and garage/drive way. Additional planting to create more privacy at the side of the pool.
