Fun and games for all.
Outside there is a good size pool, which is facing east. Its gets the sun for the majority of the day. The Pool area has plenty of space to swim, splash or float around in. The pool can bit lit up at night to enjoy all day long. Its covered with a net cage to keep out bugs and leaves. There is also lanai for shade from the hot Florida sun, or you can sit our on the spacious deck to enjoy some down time. Our pool is not over looked from the bottom, but like all Florida villas there are houses to the side - Still we have always found the pool to feel private when relaxing and enjoy our time in it. All our images are taken in January, so you can see how the pool gets good light most of the day. We just had our pool resurfaced before Christmas 2021.
Dining alfresco, lovely for breakfast, lunch or dinner whilst watching the kids in the pool or just enjoying outdoor life.
The house includes and spacious lounge with Flat screen TV, DVD and Roku TV. The home includes Free WiFi, and a games console, with a selcetion of games
The garage is converted into a fun games room with its own A/C and includes table football, basket ball net, and a pool table. Space to unwind or have some family fun.
Situated just 16 miles from Walt Disney World (Magic Kingdom Car park), Other Major Theme Parks similar distances. Just off the Highway 27 and just a few miles or so from I-4 and 192 Plenty of local shops, restaurants and supermarkets. Great if you have a love of the outdoors just 15 minutes from Lake Louisa a state park, with bike riding and plenty of outdoor activities. If you love golf we are just minutes from various golf courses including Champions Gate and a short drive to Reunion.
