"We have just returned from a magnificent stay at Mags Den in Davenport. Firstly the villa is ideally located, 30 minutes or so from all the main parks, and an hour or so from all of the airports. The interior of the villa was clean and looked fresh on arrival and all the furniture very comfortable, and the rooms well apportioned. Everything seems to have been thought of, from Picnic bags to TV, from Towels to Books and Games, it really has everything you need for a great stay Excellent communication with the hosts, Carrie and Andy, throughout. "5/5 excellent Lovely Villa! Good Location, with all you need, Perfect for families. All very good, as expected, published and agreed with other tenants comments. This Villa has everything you may need for a brilliant holiday in Orlando. Fully equipped, clean, good garage with entrainment for the family. Both Rebecca and the owner were candid and alert to possible needs and assistance. If I need to share a minimal issue, when we arrived we found the main TV remote (living room) broken on the table. I reported to the Admin. We needed to stand up to turn it on/off along with the volume (the channels and programmes worked with other control). Not a big issue for us... because we were away most of the day. I recommend this property and we will choose it again! - Thank you - the new TV remote was delivered, but it eneded up in the mail box not on the porch"

"As a multi generational family of 6, we chose Mags Den for the layout and size, location and of course the pool! We were max 20 minutes from Disney even on a busy traffic day, fabulous restaurants nearby, as well as a Starbucks and Publix in walking distance. The house itself is beautifully decorated, well kept and has everything you could need from towels through to kitchen appliances. The highlight though certainly for the children was the pool, we paid for pool heating and it was definitely the right decision, it was like swimming in a bath each morning. We wouldn’t hesitate in coming back to Mags Den if we return to Florida, and recommending it to friends and family heading that way!"

"Just returned from our 3rd stay at the beautiful Mags Den. You know you've picked the perfect villa when your youngest walks in and says "ahhh we're home" and immediately everyone settles in like we've never been away. Honestly THE BEST villa we have ever stopped in over the many years of going to Florida. So much so that if mags den isn't available we don't go until it is. The owners are the most amazing people and despite the fact that I am that one customer who messages a million times, Caroline always replies and helps us with anything we need. We were there during hurricane Idalia and even though we got lucky Caroline was still on hand to support and calm us and inform us of anything we needed to do to prepare in case the worst happened. It is a home from home and they have thought of everything, even down to ice packs and coolers to help keep costs down at the park. The villa is perfectly situated and we always feel so safe there as its such a lovely neighbourhood. We can't wait to return again one day but for now thank you Mags Den and Caroline, Andy and the girls for all the memories you've given my family. We will never ever forget our stay at Mags Den."

This was our first visit to Mags Den and it definitely won’t be our last. The villa is so easy to get too off the 27 and you’re indoors in 2 minutes!

  The villa is beautifully decorated and has everything you could want. Plenty of towels and an excellent swimming pool with plenty of outside seating. The beds are very comfortable as is the seating in the living area. The kitchen has everything that you need and all close at hand
Even cool bags for your use. The games room was a popular place in the evenings to spend some time. The villa was exceptionally clean and tidy on arrival. I really liked the fact you could set an alarm on the front door when out for the day.

Also there are plenty of local restaurants and shops within a 5 minute drive very convenient.
We can’t wait to go back, my youngest granddaughter said can’t we live here

"This was our second stay at the lovely Orlando Villa Mags Den and this visit was just as wonderful as our first in 2019! This time we holidayed my sister and her family. This villa was great when it was just the 4 of us, but if you are planning to stay with another family then this villa is perfect too. There were 8 of us, 4 adults and 4 children and the villa is so spacious that we didn’t feel on top of each other at all. The two master bedrooms have en-suite and the children (who took up the other two rooms) shared a bathroom which worked really well for us. The children loved the games room and spent their spare time playing on the games in there or sat at the table colouring. When they weren’t in the games room they were in the pool. The pool is lovely and a perfect size. We visited in April and paid for pool heat and it was a perfect temperature. The outside area is a great space for everyone. Plenty of room for splashy pool play while the adults sunbath or sit with a glass of wine. Caroline and Andy have thought of everything. This villa is modern, comfortable, beautifully decorated and exceptionally clean. There’s plenty of clean towels, bed linen and there’s a washing machine, dishwasher, safe and all the little things that just make your holiday easier, such as hair driers in the bathrooms, plenty of coat hangers in the wardrobes and picnic bags in the kitchen which are really handy for the parks. The kitchen and dining area are really spacious and you can easily prepare a meal for 8 and fit everyone around the large dining table. It’s just a wonderful home from home. The villa’s location is fantastic too. So easy to get to the all the parks, shopping outlets, lnternational Drive and restaurants.

Since our last visit there is a new Publix supermarket that has opened right opposite Calabay Parc (super convenient) and a new Longhorn Steak House and Olive Garden at Championsgate. I also noticed that there is a Ford Garage opening soon at that site too. We tried Longhorn Steak House and Olive Garden and had lovely meals at both. There’s also a MacDonalds at Championsgate, we used this on the two occasions that we were up early and wanted to grab breakfast quickly en route to the parks. Other restaurants/take aways that we visited while away that I’d recommend include: Bahama Breeze (International Drive), Cheesecake Factory (Regency Village Drive), T-Rex Cafe (Disney Springs), Crystal Palace (Magic Kingdom - amazing character interaction), Yak & Yeti (Animal Kingdom- delicious Asian food), 50’s Prime Time (Hollywood Studios - we did the Fantasmic package which gave us tickets for the reserved seating for the evening show. Food was 1950’s comfort food and waitresses were brilliant with ‘no elbows on the table’), iHop (US Hwy 27 - breakfast for waffles!), Panda Express (for take away orange chicken- yum!) We had a fantastic 2 weeks in Orlando and throughly enjoyed our stay at Orlando Villa Mags Den. We were so comfortable and it was jus"

MY STAY AT MAGS DEN!!!

For anybody with an upcoming stay at or thinking of staying at this lovely villa (home) you’re in for a treat. So very spacious yet somehow cosy, 4 great sized bedrooms with en suites in 2. Fresh/Bright decor throughout. The pool area is perfect with a nice sized pool and comfortable seats around the patio, perfect for the 4 evenings I sat out watching the storms pass over (storm geek). Average drive time to WDW (once we did it in 13 mins) was about 30 minutes and another 15 onto the universal and SeaWorld parks. Brilliant fridge/freezer which the other half demanded we tried to get ourselves when back home 🙄, check out all the drawers and cupboards in the kitchen as you’ll 100% find what you may need and a few extra helpful things like candles (smelly), note pads etc etc. In my opinion the owners have gone above and beyond in making their home as comfortable as possible for their guests and I JUST LOVED IT and felt so at home and comfortable within a very short time of being there and when the 3 weeks were up I was as gutted at leaving this home as I was leaving the theme parks.

Perfect Florida Getaway Near Orlando and Lakeland

We came to Florida for MLB spring training games that never happened (Thanks MLB lockout) BUT! We had an amazing stay regardless! Travelling with my father who is in a wheelchair and we were able to navigate seamlessy throughout this home. We had no major issues and LOVED the pool and patio areaand would highly recommend to anyone needing a place to stay nera Disney or with quick access to nearby Lakeland. Florida traffic can be bad. Overall we had a very comfortable stay and contact was always easy and attended to quickly. The blinds to the pool were very “sticky” and did not always work properly and the door to the master bathroom got stuck once, locking me and my daughter inside the bathroom for several minutes. There was only one working pool stick so we had to share when playing. Those things were very minor and do not take away from the great time and the comfort of our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Great pool vacation

We wanted a social distanced pool vacation and this property was perfect. The heated pool was in great shape. Also, it was in the shade starting 3-4pm and the kids spent all afternoon through the evening in the pool. The property was great. It was clean, and had an unlimited supply of towels and linens. Beautiful home, perfect for our family vacation.

We couldn't have been happier with our stay at Mags Den! This home was beautiful and had everything my family needed to make our vacation grand! The house was clean and spacious with lovely décor and was absolutely perfect for our family of 7. There were very thoughtful items to borrow like ice packs, cooler bags and a stroller, which made for a big money saver. It was just a short drive to Disney and after a long day we were welcomed with a nice, warm pool and comfy beds!

We stayed for a week, family of 4 with two teens. We visit every year to Orlando area usually staying at the Emerald Island resort; however, this year, we cancelled our California trip and decided to do Florida twice.

I wanted to save some money. The prices were better here at Calabay Parc, same idea with a 4 bedroom, three bath, private pool and game room. Davenport's further SW on I-4 than Kissimmee, and there's no security gate here; however, the neighborhood is very nice, kept up and safe.

The home is absolutely beautiful, very clean(the cleanest we've seen), and management is right on it and attentive. 'Wood' floors and tile, no carpet, comfy beds, nice furniture, large open kitchen, 4 TV's with plenty of channels, super pool area for 8, clean pool with security fencing(pay for the heating this time of the year), 2 masters en suite. The main master has a super deep tub and large shower. The other master has a big shower and door to the pool area. Two other bedrooms include a large bunkbed, my teen daughter loved it; and a two bed room more for the youngsters. The game room has pool table, fussball and a basket ball hoop- we played horse. There's portable air con. small table, games.

A small laundry room leads into the game room with washer/dryer. Plenty of utensils and kitchen supplies. Security alarm if desired. "Dings" heard when doors or windows are opened.

Large living area and TV. This place is well decorated for a normal family not just as a rental.
Nearby grocers and restaurants on Highway 27 which moves much quicker than 192. Check your GPS for best route in and out of the area since traffic binds up on I-4. Plenty of back routes that get you there quickly. We hit the parks, usually 20 minutes to Disney, 30-40 to Universal. 45-50 minutes to MCO. We'd drop the kids off, then go and have a date day. Cocoa Beach a little over an hour, Clearwater Beach a bit more. Check out Brevard Zoo and Tree Top Canopy excursion in Melbourne. Local info included at house. Publix nearby. We ate at the cute Fish and Chips next to Publix off Highway 27. 4 Corners Tavern. Lots of cute mini-golf. Drive over to Highway 192 for goofy big gift shops, gator golf, more food, Celebration town. International drive for their attractions. Rebecca and her group do a great job! We'll be back.

Family Holidays at Mag’s Den 

We had the opportunity to spend a wonderful stay at Mag’s Den in Davenport, FL. We are a family of 5 (2 adults and 3 children 9, 13, 16). We stayed between 12/24/20-1/2/21. We usually would stay in either a resort or hotel, but we wanted to rent a house instead where we would be more comfortable during COVID times. We are also thinking of purchasing our own investment property and this gave us some ideas of what we are looking for.  

The experience was exceptional! We loved Caroline’s villa. It is a 1 floor, 4-bedroom, 3 bathrooms with a huge kitchen (fully equipped) and eat in area. There is everything you need in this house, especially in the kitchen as we like to cook. In the pantry you will also find cleaning supplies and some items that you might need to use that have been left by other rentals. We cooked a really nice Christmas dinner (turkey and fixings) and we had everything we needed. Grocery stores are like 10 minutes ride and you can find whatever stores you need nearby. There are plenty of restaurants and fast food places as well.  

The bedrooms were big and spacious and plenty of closets and storage. All the bedrooms had TVs which was perfect for my boys as they like to play video games. The WIFI was also great and did not disappoint. I did some work while at the villa and all the boys were able to access WIFI for their Xboxes. 

The garage has been setup as a game room and the boys loved it. The pool area was perfect for our family. The pool was heated and a perfect size. The boys still got to enjoy the pool even on those days of-60-degree weather. The pool area has plenty of lounging chairs and 2 big tables, enough for a big family. We also were able to rent a BBQ grill through the property management. Coming from Massachusetts, we do miss BBQs during the winter! 

For TV, you have ROKU in each TV, but you can sign up to your own Disney+, Amazon Prime, Netflix, etc. Just remember to sign out on your last day.  

The neighborhood felt very safe and the neighbors seemed very friendly. Always waving hi as you went by. It looks like there were a combination of families living there and people on vacation. It was cute seeing the Christmas decorations as well. We bought our own Christmas tree, but Caroline did offer one that was in the closet in case we wanted to set it up. 

Location – I think it was perfect! Even though we didn’t venture out too much, we had everything we needed within a few minutes. The Disney parks are about 20 minutes (some traffic depending the time of the day). It is very close to I-4 and you don’t feel like you are isolated from it all. Perfect location if you hitting the Disney parks. Unfortunately, we didn’t do Universal so I’m not sure how far that would be. You definitely will need a car to get around or you will depend on UBER and that probably can get expensive. 

I’m looking forward for the summer if things with COVID get better and going back to Florida and hopefully staying at Caroline’s villa again.

A truly lovely villa - a home away from home. We are a family of 4 - mum, adult son, teen son and my mum (grandma), so we made good use of the 4 separate bedrooms, as we all like our own space. This was our 3rd trip to Florida, but our first time staying at Mags Den. We’ve previously stayed in other villa communities in Davenport as it’s a great area. The Calabay community felt very safe and welcoming. Many people put their hand up to wave as we drove past. Location wise, we find Davenport perfect for our needs. We love the parks, but we also like to get out and about to see other things, so being off I27 and so close to I4 makes it a great location for us. For those that haven’t been before, Disney is between 14-18 miles from the villa (depending on which park), there is a big Walmart super center 6 miles away, and there are lots of fuel stations, fast food places and restaurants on the I27, 1-6miles from the villa in both directions - I recommend a breakfast of pancakes at IHOP, grabbing a snack or sandwich from Wawa (if you like stuffed pretzels I recommend the sweet cream cheese, and the jalapeño ones! Wawa also has a cash machine/ATM that doesn’t charge for withdrawals) or if you need to eat and go, all the meals from Chick Fil A are tasty - staff super nice too. Back to the actual villa. The villa is maintained to a good standard, and it’s clear that Caroline and Andy put time and effort into making it a great place to stay. The villa is equipped with everything you would need for a great holiday (fully stocked with kitchen items, picnic bag, towels and pool inflatables, hairdryers and straighteners). Having access to these means you can save space on packing. Overall, we had a great stay and would love to return one day. Thank you so much to Andy and Caroline for allowing us to share their Florida home!

Had a fantastic week at Mags Den. The villa was exactly as we saw on the video link. Beautifully maintained & with every possible thing you would ever need for your stay. Calabay Park is a lovely area to stay with supermarkets very close by. Unfortunately because of Corona Virus we weren’t able to go to the parks, which wasn’t a problem as we were only going to go to Hollywood Studios anyway. We visited Mount Dora north of Orlando again, it’s a beautiful little place. Caroline & Andy were very helpful about everything & kept in touch even when we had moved to the SW for our final week (but unfortunately we only got 3 out of 7 days there & had to fly home early) checking to see if we were ok. Would highly recommend anyone to stay here.

We had a wonderful stay at Mag's Den for our first family holiday since having our daughter. The villa was very clean and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were comfy and there was plenty of space. Caroline was amazing throughout; checking that we had arrived safely and was contactable throughout our stay. It's obvious she and her family have a real passion for their home. I must say the management company/maintenance team were also amazing! The villa was approx 10 mins away from Disney and close to different restaurants and supermarkets, which was very convenient - especially with a baby! 

We'd like to thank Caroline and Andy for a wonderful stay and we will definitely be booking Mag's Den again, the next time we go to Florida!

Just come back from the mags den villa

Wednesday after spending 2 weeks there.
We loved it, the place is spacious and clean with everything you need. It was one of the best holidays we’ve had. When we did stop in the villa on a day off it was lush, with an excellent games room and pool too. You couldn’t ask for more. It was like going from home to home.
The owners Andy and Caroline were very helpful especially after our flights were cancelled with Thomas cook and were very accommodating when there was a chance dates times might be compromised.

Well what can i say??? got back from an amazing 3 week stay on monday at mags den villa. This villa really is home from home. Its decorated lovely, and has everything you need to cater for your whole holiday. Caroline and Andy were the best hosts from start to finish. We really couldnt have wished for better people to rent a home from. We had constant contact and even ehilst on holiday, Caroline would check in to make sure everything was ok. We’ve just returned from a wonderful two weeks staying at Mags Den Villa. I can thoroughly recommend a stay here. The villa is just lovely. It’s modern, very spacious and spotlessly clean. The pool area is just perfect for sitting out, sunbathing and for swimming (I have two little water babies who just loved the pool). It was a real home from home. Caroline and Andy have thought of everything. We felt very spoilt. The villa is in a great location near to the I4 and not too far from Disney. The villa and grounds are very well maintained and it’s a lovely quiet complex. Caroline was in regular contact from the time of booking and provided lots of really useful information and tips. We were particularly touched when she sent donuts for my daughter’s birthday which fell during our stay. We definitely hope to return to Mags Den Villa in the future. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

As soon as we walked into Mags Den we knew this was a villa we could stay for the rest of our holiday - our girls loved it! When we stopped crying I messaged Caroline, who spent so much time reassuring us we were very welcomeThe villa is immaculate with everything you need and more! An abundance of bedding, towels and little extras that made all of us feel at ease. We cannot thank you enough for stepping in and salvaging our long awaited holiday. 

The bedrooms are lovely and homely - our girls stayed together so only used two of the four! The utility room was perfect for our needs. Best part for me, I am coeliac and need a clean and well kept kitchen with resources in good condition(the other two were awful, I couldn’t eat) it was amazing - had everything I needed I stopped being unwell and was able to eat and sleep! 

The pool is a major part of our holiday, this pool was cleaned regularly (although my husband loves cleaning it) the lights are all working - it was perfect for sunbathing and for chilling in the evening after a busy day. The games room was clean and had lots of options for teenagers to amuse themselves in the evening. 

We visit Florida often and usually have a great time. I will definitely book with Caroline and Andy again; no nasty surprises just quality and kindness!

We recently returned home from 2 weeks at Mags Den. Not our first holiday in Florida by any means but our first Villa stay. This is because I was so apprehensive after reading bad things about villa rentals. Caroline made me feel so at ease that I took the plunge and booked - and wow am I glad I did! The Villa is beautiful with 4 large bedrooms and 3 bathrooms offering more than enough room to lose 2 teenagers in! Everything just feels spacious and relaxed. The villa was prepared beautifully for our arrival, and the pool was just fab. Lovely and warm and crystal clear. The position of the villa is great, just 5 mins to major road links and within 20-40 mins you can reach the theme parks and if you feel adventurous a little further afield are some lovely state parks or even a trip to the beautiful gulf coast. 
Major supermarkets are within minutes drive and restaurants a plenty too. 
Caroline provided us with lots of useful information about the local area etc and there is a welcome pack at the villa containing lots of information too. 
I feel privileged to have stayed in this beautiful home and can’t wait to come back again!

Very knowledgeable and keen to assist you and your family to ensure you have the most amazing stay at their home ! The villa it’s self is beautiful, spacious, and lovely modern decor and you can see the hard work that has, and continues to be put into this villa by the owners .... the neighbour hood is lovely, and is minutes from the 192, the I4, and championsgate.... and you have that red hot sunshine from morning until early evening ... the villa is equipped with everything you need to have a comfortable, home from home stay ....there were four of us ( 2x teens ) but even with the max occupancy there’s so much space .... thanks Andy and Caroline for allowing us to rent your beautiful home ... can’t wait to return and highly recommend 😊

"We loved our time at Mags Den! It was nice to see that the photos of the home are current and up to date and the home is exactly as pictured on here. Everything we needed was found in the house, right down to hair dryers and a blender. The pool is beautiful with two depths which was nice for the kids. The master bath has a large soaker tub that is so nice after a long day at the beach or Disney which is fairly close to the home using the interstate. The hosts are very easy to talk to and were very helpful answering my many questions before arrival. They made us feel very welcome in their home away from home. We will defiantly be booking with Caroline again next year!

Wow wow Wow!! Just stoped at Mags den villa for 2 weeks and didn't want to leave! Immaculate, beautiful, huge! What more can I say?? The kids loved the pool, we loved it all! We also felt very safe, lovely neighbourhood, and extra touches in the villa to make us feel safe with our children. Rebecca and her team who look after you whilst there are absolute stars too! They couldn't do enough for us and the owners, lovely lovely people. We feel so privaliged to have found this gem of a place and thank you all for allowing us to stay in your beautiful villa.

"Myself and my family have just returned from Caroline and Andy’s Villa Orlando Mags Den and had a great time. The villa is very spacious and really nicely laid out with lots of space for everyone, we were 4 adults and 1 child and the pool was used every day as it was so nice and warm and got plenty of sunshine right from sunrise until the early evening. The villa is very well situated and within 2 minutes of a Publix and lots of restaurants at Berry Town centre. We know Orlando well and the villa is very close to Champions Gate which has lots of very nice restaurants, shops and very easy access onwards for the Disney and Universal Parks. Caroline is very helpful and friendly and helped with anything that we requested or questions that we had, Rebecca from the management company was also very helpful and pleasant to deal with. We would highly recommend this villa and hope to visit again in the future."

Even though we didn't eat in villa it had everything you could need!  The villa was larger than the average 4 bed villa we have stayed in before and master bedroom was very comfortable with a large ensuite! Was well situated within easy access to the parks highway 27 and 192!  The floor in the villa was lovely and made a change to tiled floors in most villas! It was freshly decorated and clean!

“We have just come back from a two week stay at Mags Den . I have to say it's the nicest and biggest we have stayed in before . It was very spacious for the 7 of us,we were surprised at how big the villa is. The villa was nice and clean and had just been decorated in nice fresh colours. The kitchen was well stocked with equipment but I have to say we did not cook much while there ! There is plenty of restaurants on highway 27 and the 192. 
The master bedroom was heaven the bed was so big and so comfy I slept so well in it . The ensuite to this bedroom was everyone's favourite.
There is everything you need in the villa plenty of towels, bedding, DVDs, computer games, games room I was very impressed at what was there. 
The villa is on a quiet road which was nice when sitting round the pool. 
Caroline and the agency in Florida where so helpful with anything we needed help with.
I felt so at home in this villa I did not want to come home. I would definitely recommend this lovely villa to family and friends. Now to start saving so we can go out again and stay here.”

Stayed at Megs Den over Christmas. Beautiful villa, comfortable, clean and very homely. The game room and pool were great for the kids. Lovely neighbourhood with great amenities close by. Great place for our family to stay was a home from home it ment we could all have a great holiday as our son is autistic and we normally don't relax but it was brilliant my wife actually relaxed as we could all be doing something different in separate places and felt safe suited us to a tea cannot say enough good things about the villa big comfy great facility's great location so much so that befor we had finished the holiday we had already decided to book again we highly recommend and not enough stars to fully get across how good it was.

The owners recently purchased the house and have made quite a bit of improvements in the short time that they have owned it.
